Contract Information With the Bethany Pastor...

For a "Sanctuary Only" request... there will be a separate contract emailed after initial contact.

WE agree to meet with the Pastor on 3 (three) seperate occasions, at least 1 (one) month prior to the wedding. The meetings will include discussion about us as a couple, and about how we see the wedding day itself.
WE agree to the fees that will be assessed both as described on the site and any reasonable fees that may be incured at the discression of the Pastor/Bethany. These fees will be mutually agreed upon during our final discussions before the wedding. They can include but are not limited to; travel expenses, untimely changes, etc...

NOTE: At this time we are not offering reception facilities, unless specifically requested and with mutual understanding of the limits of the reception space.
